INGREDIENTS

1 ½ lb ground turkey breast

4 oz crumbled feta cheese 

4 oz sundried tomatoes, diced 

½ tsp seasoning salt

Nonstick spray

4 large sesame seed buns (about 2 ounces each)

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt 

1 medium tomato, sliced

PREPARATION

Mix turkey, cheese, sundried tomatoes, and salt in a large bowl. Add nonstick spray to large skillet or pan, pre-heated to medium. Form four large patties and cook until burger is fully cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes each side. 

Place turkey burger on bun and top each with ¼ cup yogurt and two tomato slices.
