INGREDIENTS
4 large slices (6″ x 2-1/2″ x 1-3/4″) French bread, sliced lengthwise
1 ½ cups ready-to-serve jarred pasta sauce with mushrooms and green peppers
1 cup shredded part-skim, low-moisture mozzarella cheese
4 ounces prosciutto (or other thinly sliced deli ham), torn into pieces
8 cups raw spinach
½ cup reduced-fat Italian dressing
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread each slice of French bread with 1/4 cup pasta sauce. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Top with prosciutto. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
While pizza is baking, fill four salad bowls with 2 cups spinach each. Drizzle each with 2 tbsp Italian dressing. Serve salad with pizza.
